The same shipping rates apply to one-time orders and subscription deliveries.

Package sizes and environmental considerations
The regular package sizes are 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 24 and 36 bottles; quantities from 48 bottles are also possible. We favour completely filled shipping cartons for environmental and transport-safety reasons.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is shown in the shop or communicated for the respective delivery. Subscription dates are planning dates and may shift due to payment processing, weekends, public holidays, stock availability, carrier operations or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee an exact delivery day unless expressly agreed.
Payment methods
Only the payment methods displayed in the checkout are available. Depending on the order type, these may include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal and, where enabled, SEPA direct debit.
For bank transfer, use the order number as the payment reference. Each subscription follow-up order must also be transferred separately. Packing lists and dispatch are released only after receipt of payment.
Failed payment
If a payment fails, the affected order is not released for logistics or dispatch. You may be offered subsequent payment or an update of the payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Transport damage and non-delivery
Please report damaged, incomplete or missing parcels promptly, stating the order number and providing photographs where possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
