Light straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. In the smell a fine-linked fruity kind, exotic pineapple, citrus aromas and fine mint. On the palate, this new robust but especially fruity grape variety presents itself full-bodied with a long, mineral finish.
Food pairing
Excellent as a food companion to light meat, poultry, summer salads, asparagus dishes as well as pasta.
