Excellent Spätlese with a pronounced bouquet, strong straw-yellow color, intense banana, pineapple and hints of exotic fruit in the nose. Juicy on the palate, with a lot of body and a very intense fruit aroma. A long finish also gives pleasure.
Food pairing
Goes best with foie gras, rather mild cheese and especially with fruit desserts.
